I somewhat agree, no matter if they're registered or not, shouldn't they still help defend their member's property (Earth) from not just other members, but especially NON MEMBERS?! They'd be even more liable to when non members disrespectfully invaded territory apart of their kingdom, to teach others what happens to those who target their territory from lowest/smallest to highest/greatest smh. It'd be even more brutal dealing with invaders not apart of the nation and breaking rules, no matter what clan or individual.

I understand why shunned clan members not being necessarily led back to the Nolan, legally being able to deny their involvement and knowledge of anything outside of their sphere of influence or duty. They can feign ignorance since ex clan members isn't their problem nor responsibility, definitely a loophole in the system aha. But the mc shouldn't have to move the entire human population from Earth to protect them when he has benefits of a registered member like an entire fleet of enforcement that keeps order. Unless he doesn't want to get them involved or feels like he can't run to them, i see no reason to report such invasion of and breaking of rules/law.

While there are rules regarding certain things, this universe is based on "Might is right".
As long as the invading force is kept below a certain level, the authorities would be willing to go with the whole charade and just brush them off with a "no worries, we will send someone to check around". If Nolan sent a large fleet, they would respond, but simply not for a fairly small squad by their standards.
If you can't defend yourself to a certain extent, they would still write you off, rules or no rules.

Nolan is going to do a full invasion next episode. i highly doubt they are going to send anyone. it was pointless to buy the planet. the faction that handles policing protected galaxies/planets is "Mighty" nolan clan elder doesn't care.

again if you put a system in, it shouldnt be undermined easily with "Those people are not part of the clan" it renders the system useless.
